Key Lead

About This Role

The Key Lead ensures customers receive a quality in-store experience by supervising Brand Reps and Stock Associates, driving sales performance, and supporting store operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates.
• Ensure store operations are running effectively.
• Drive store performance through customer experience and achievement of daily sales.
• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Apply product knowledge and brand awareness.
• Ensure asset protection.
• Perform visual displays.
• Utilize Register/Point of Sales system.
• Understand business needs and apply proactive thinking.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
