The Key Lead ensures customers receive a quality in-store experience by supervising Brand Reps and Stock Associates, driving sales performance, and supporting store operations.
Responsibilities
- Act as Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates.
- Ensure store operations are running effectively.
- Drive store performance through customer experience and achievement of daily sales.
- Perform opening and closing routines.
- Apply product knowledge and brand awareness.
- Ensure asset protection.
- Perform visual displays.
- Utilize Register/Point of Sales system.
- Understand business needs and apply proactive thinking.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred
- At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
