Key Lead

About This Role

The Key Lead ensures a quality in-store customer experience by supervising Brand Reps and Stock Associates and driving store performance through customer experience and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Act as Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates
• Ensure store operations are running effectively
• Drive store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales
• Perform opening and closing routines
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness
• Utilize business understanding and proactive thinking
• Maintain attention to detail and use Register/Point of Sales systems
• Execute asset protection and visual displays
• Perform system-related tasks

Requirements

• Ability to work at least 12-16 hours per week
• Required availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays
• Increased hours during peak timeframes

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred
