The Key Lead ensures a quality in-store customer experience by supervising Brand Reps and Stock Associates and driving store performance through customer experience and sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Act as Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates
- Ensure store operations are running effectively
- Drive store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales
- Perform opening and closing routines
- Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness
- Utilize business understanding and proactive thinking
- Maintain attention to detail and use Register/Point of Sales systems
- Execute asset protection and visual displays
- Perform system-related tasks
Requirements
- Ability to work at least 12-16 hours per week
- Required availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays
- Increased hours during peak timeframes
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred
- At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred
