Java Fullstack Developer

About This Role

This role is for an experienced Java Fullstack Developer with 6+ years of software development experience, focusing on distributed application development, middleware technologies, and a strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 6 years of professional software development experience
• Experience in distributed application development and middleware technologies
• Experience with REST/SOAP Web Services, Java, SQL, PL/SQL, JavaScript, Test Driven Development
• Knowledge of Java/JEE and Spring Framework, Tomcat, and Spring Boot
• Good knowledge of design patterns
• Knowledge of software engineering practices for the full software development life cycle (coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, operations)
• Experience in delivering software in an Agile environment

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience in a diverse set of distributed application development and middleware technologies

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Python and/or Angular
• DevOps expertise
• Proven experience with AWS or another cloud platform
• Proven knowledge in GIT, Jenkins, Maven, JUnit, Docker, JMeter, Artifactory, Nexus, Sonar, Veracode, Kubernetes, uDeploy
