Janitor

About This Role

The Janitor will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the client's property, ensuring it remains in optimal condition. This role involves assisting patrons and customers in a friendly manner when needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service the client's property to maintain its best condition
• Assist patrons or customers in a friendly and engaging manner when requested
• Operate various cleaning equipment and machinery as needed
• Lift and carry items and/or machinery up to 50 pounds
• Perform tasks such as grabbing, twisting, bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching overhead frequently and repetitively

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Effective communication skills with customers, patrons, and employees
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work in various working conditions and environments for extended periods
• Ability to operate various cleaning equipment and machinery including scrubbers, pressure washer, and carpet extractor
• Ability to climb ladders, stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods
• Ability to lift and carry items and/or machinery up to 50 pounds
• Ability to grab, twist, bend, stoop, kneel, reach overhead, and operate equipment frequently and repetitively
