This role involves leading end-to-end IT transformation projects for financial services and consulting clients, with a focus on innovation and technology resiliency. You will collaborate with engineering teams to optimize DevOps toolchains and drive improvements in code quality and process automation.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IT transformation projects for major financial services and consulting clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and development teams to design, onboard, and optimize DevOps toolchains.
- Manage project execution, including developing project plans, facilitating meetings, and driving delivery of technology initiatives.
- Analyze business requirements, performance metrics, and project risks, communicating solutions to executive leadership.
- Act as a technology liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Mentor and enable teams through knowledge sharing and supporting continuous improvement in best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in IT project management, engineering transformation, or business analysis
- Expertise in DevOps transformation and tooling (GitLab, Artifactory, SonarQube)
- Expertise in Project management (risk mitigation, RAID items, scheduling, cost control)
- Expertise in Stakeholder management (bridging business and engineering groups)
- Experience with Data center and application migration projects
- Experience with Business intelligence, reporting (Power BI), and analytics delivery
- Advanced proficiency with project management tools (Confluence, JIRA)
- Ability to travel 50%
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Sciences, Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years experience in IT project management, engineering transformation, or business analysis.
Nice to Have
- Experience with large-scale technology modernization, cloud transformation, and CI/CD pipeline improvement
- Experience using transformation execution centers (TXC) and similar program execution platforms
- Prior consulting experience
