The IT Support Associate will provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to One Medical's clinical teams, administrators, and corporate staff, ensuring efficient IT operations, particularly during after-hours, weekends, and holidays. This role involves serving as the first point of contact for users and resolving technical issues via phone, chat, and ticketing systems.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional IT support to One Medical employees.
- Serve as the first point of contact for One Medical users, documenting calls and resolutions.
- Respond to and troubleshoot IT requests via phone, chat, and ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT support team to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Provide remote support to employees, addressing incidents professionally and efficiently.
- Install and configure hardware/software across Windows, macOS, and Chrome OS environments.
- Observe and ensure compliance with security, system configuration standards, and HIPAA regulations.
- Contribute to and maintain the IT knowledge base.
- Assist in workflow improvements.
- Adhere to shift schedules and timeliness.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be willing and able to occasionally come to Amazon corporate sites with 24 hours notice.
Requirements
- 1+ years of Windows Server technologies (AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM) experience
- 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment experience
- 2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation experience
- 1+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience
- 2+ years of networking (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP) experience
- 2+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience
- 2+ years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment experience
- High school or equivalent diploma

- High school or equivalent diploma
- 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment, PC repair, corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support, and supporting/maintaining a corporate network environment.
Nice to Have
- 2+ years of computer networking experience
- Experience supporting video conference and teleconference equipment
