Manage investigations and influence business decisions to improve customer experience across Amazon businesses as part of the Customer Experience and Business Trends (CXBT) Capability Team.
Requirements
- Experience with SQL or ETL
- 1+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 2+ years of Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) experience
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
Qualifications

Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications (esp. MS Excel, Word) at an advanced level
