Internet Sales Consultant

About This Role

This Internet Sales Consultant will engage with customers online to answer questions about inventory, features, and pricing, aiming to bring them into the dealership to meet with a sales team member. This role requires timely responses to inquiries and consistent follow-up throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers accessing the dealership website
• Answer questions on inventory, product features, benefits, and prices
• Respond to all inquiries in a timely manner
• Stay up-to-date on all inventory and online promotions
• Bring interested customers into the dealership to meet with a sales team member
• Follow up with leads, as well as with sold and unsold customers

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Commitment to exceptional customer service
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to understand manufacturer's specifications and/or pass manufacturer tests

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelors Degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience in retail or internet sales preferred
