Lot Attendant

About This Role

The Lot Attendant ensures efficient lot operations by interacting with customers, organizing vehicles, and maintaining cleanliness to support sales and service departments within an automotive dealership.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers
• Move vehicles around the lot
• Confirm receipt of new cars and compare serial numbers against invoices
• Park and retrieve vehicles for sales and service customers
• Organize vehicles around the lot and manage the customer parking area
• Shuttle customers to different destinations
• Shuttle vehicles between different Faulkner facilities
• Ensure all vehicles are clean before delivering to the customer
• Keep customer entrances clean
• Perform minor building and property maintenance

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
• Physical stamina for continuously moving and interacting with customers
• Ability to perform job functions requiring lifting/carrying single items up to 50 lbs, pulling, pushing, bending, standing, lifting, and reaching

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
