The Lot Attendant ensures efficient lot operations by interacting with customers, organizing vehicles, and maintaining cleanliness to support sales and service departments within an automotive dealership.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers
- Move vehicles around the lot
- Confirm receipt of new cars and compare serial numbers against invoices
- Park and retrieve vehicles for sales and service customers
- Organize vehicles around the lot and manage the customer parking area
- Shuttle customers to different destinations
- Shuttle vehicles between different Faulkner facilities
- Ensure all vehicles are clean before delivering to the customer
- Keep customer entrances clean
- Perform minor building and property maintenance
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Physical stamina for continuously moving and interacting with customers
- Ability to perform job functions requiring lifting/carrying single items up to 50 lbs, pulling, pushing, bending, standing, lifting, and reaching
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
