Responsibilities

• Job shadow various roles within the agency
• Attend in-person and virtual interactive learning sessions
• Engage in opportunities for personal and professional growth and development
• Experience a creative and dynamic work environment
• Gain a comprehensive overview of the insurance industry
• Obtain exposure by working side-by-side with colleagues
