Intern

About This Role

This part-time paid Intern position is for a rising junior or senior in college with a strong interest in technology to work remotely with the Support Practice Group, providing technology support in various industry verticals as part of Kraft Kennedy's Managed Services offering.

Responsibilities

• Learn about client environments and various technologies used therein
• Work on environments utilizing cloud and on-premise technology used in the legal industry
• Work closely with infrastructure and networking equipment from vendors such as Microsoft, VMware, Cisco
• Handle tickets assigned or scheduled by the on-duty dispatcher
• Incorporate C.L.I.E.N.T. service efforts into ongoing work

Requirements

• Rising junior or senior in college
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interest in technology and related college major
• Very organized and detail oriented, with a high degree of accuracy and follow up
• Strong problem solving and technical troubleshooting

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior in college
• Some experience with Windows desktop or server operating systems is preferred, as is some experience with networking hardware and basics.
