About This Role

Serve as a Senior Intelligence Analyst, providing multi-source intelligence analysis and fusion for a federal agency supporting the US Government's threat watchlisting and screening mission. This role involves defining patterns of operations and interacting with government leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Apply complex direction, including standard operating procedures and operations manuals documentation
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, to advise and guide executive management
  • Conduct research and analysis of data, information, and intelligence to produce a wide range of finished all-source intelligence products
  • Provide daily feedback to the team lead
  • Work shifts to include nights and weekends to meet 24/7/365 requirements and priorities
  • Process and verify national security threat actor nominations
  • Ensure data integrity and quality control
  • Manage encounters and facilitate information sharing
  • Perform multiple discipline intelligence analysis

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph clearance
  • Knowledge of pertinent laws, regulations, policies, and precedents affecting the program
  • Ability to assess and convey strategic consequences of tactical or operational events
  • Experience working with Intelligence Community tools and databases
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytic, written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving experience
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to be flexible
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook applications
  • Ability to work with and engage the customer daily

Qualifications

  • Degree in security or intelligence studies (desired)
  • 8-10 years of experience (preferred)

Nice to Have

  • Degree in security or intelligence studies with a focus on terrorism or other transnational security threats
  • Completion certificate from a commercial, military, or US government all source analysis training course or specialized intelligence career field
  • Counterintelligence and/or Counterterrorism experience in a national level intelligence agency
