Integration Engineer / Integration Developer

About This Role

As an experienced Epic Bridges Integration Developer, you will contribute individually, mentor junior team members, and liaise with onsite/offshore teams to understand functional requirements. This role focuses on delivering services to clients through specialized project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Work on EPIC Bridges (Certified) and InterSystems with the ability to work on HL7 integrations (inbound and outbound to Epic between all applications and 3rd parties), including data mapping for new clinics/hospitals.
• Participate in daily calls/scrum meetings, build weekly status reports, and review them with leadership.
• Resolve issues or incidents reported by end users and escalate quality issues or risks.
• Contribute to all phases of patient access application support and optimization, including design, build, test, and maintenance.
• Provide outstanding client service and contribute to improving patient care through information technology.
• Troubleshoot problems, address user questions, and provide on-call support on a rotating basis.
• Make recommendations, review, and test changes, enhancements, and new releases as assigned.

Requirements

• EPIC Bridges certifications
• 6+ years of experience in IT systems administration
• Experience in designing, building, and managing interfaces using the InterSystems integration engine
• Prior experience working in the Healthcare Industry
• Knowledge of TCL and Xlate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience in IT systems administration
