About This Role

Provide exceptional customer service and clerical support to insurance agents and members, assisting with policy maintenance, payments, and member information in a branch office setting.

Responsibilities

Maintain and service insurance policies
Verify new business applications
Process insurance and membership payments
Update electronic member information
Maintain filing systems and perform typing tasks

Requirements

Prior customer service experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Superior organizational skills
Commitment to maintaining superior customer relationships

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior customer service experience; experience in a sales environment strongly preferred

Nice to Have

Bilingual skills in English and Spanish
