This role will support the sales process, manage customer accounts, and identify upsell opportunities for water, wastewater, storm drainage, and fire protection products.
Responsibilities
- Help with the sales process
- Identify upsell opportunities
- Manage current customer accounts
- Oversee customer orders and quote requests received through multiple channels for all levels of accounts
- Interact with customers
- Problem-solve for customers
Requirements
- Demonstrated success working with customers
Nice to Have
- Inventory sales/order systems experience
- Prior experience in industrial distribution or construction supply
