This Inside Sales Specialist role supports the sales process by managing customer accounts, identifying upsell opportunities, and overseeing orders and quote requests for a leading specialty distributor in infrastructure products.
Responsibilities
- Help with the sales process and identify upsell opportunities
- Manage current accounts and maintain relationships
- Oversee customer orders and quote requests received through multiple channels
- Interact with customers to problem-solve and gain trust
Requirements
- Demonstrated success working with customers
Nice to Have
- Inventory sales/order systems experience
- Prior experience in industrial distribution or construction supply
- Background or knowledge in waterworks, sewer, drainage, & erosion control
