Close sales on warm leads provided by the sales team, developing strong rapport with customers and identifying their needs. This role requires strong communication skills and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Follow up and close warm sales leads provided by our Sales Team.
• Develop a strong rapport with the customer and drive the appropriate conversions.
• Quickly identify customer needs and make appropriate decisions.
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, even under stressful situations.
• Multi-task
• Gain product knowledge quickly.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to close deals
• Strong phone presence
• Excellent Outlook, Excel, and computer fluency.
