Responsibilities

• Develop and refine injection techniques for optimal results and patient satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine through ongoing education.
• Conduct thorough consultations, assess patient needs, and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
• Educate patients about treatment options, address concerns, and manage expectations.
• Follow established protocols for infection control, safety, and documentation.
• Implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote aesthetic services and attract new patients.
• Achieve proficiency in meeting weekly revenue goals with high patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed treatment records, including client information and product usage.

Requirements

• Completion of Cosmetic Injectables Course
• Customer service oriented with a quality care focus
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written
• Highly skilled in sales and client education
• Effective organization skills with expert attention to detail
• Present a highly professional image
• Proven ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to move around clinic and remain stationary for 4-8 hours

Qualifications

• RN, NP, PA, MD or DDS Licensing
• 3+ years of cosmetic injection experience preferred

Nice to Have

• Aesthetic, family practice, dermatology or plastic surgery experience
