Information Technology Project Manager

About This Role

Coordinate and manage IT projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring timely and on-budget completion. This role involves scheduling, tracking milestones, maintaining documentation, and supporting communications for software implementations, including UAT testing activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule meetings across internal teams and vendors
• Manage meeting logistics, agendas, notes, decisions, and action items
• Track milestones, deliverables, and follow-ups for IT projects
• Collect updates and maintain weekly status reports, dashboards, and RAID logs
• Maintain project documentation in Smartsheet and Teams
• Support project communications and scheduling coordination
• Coordinate UAT testing activities, including test schedules, result collection, and data validation tracking
• Correlate testing issues to scenarios for escalation to the Senior PM
• Plan, organize, and oversee projects to ensure requirements are met, on time and on budget
• Create and update project documentation such as wireframe drawings, charts, and presentations

Requirements

• 3+ years of Project Coordinator experience
• Experience supporting large-scale, multi-stakeholder software implementations
• Experience coordinating UAT or system integration testing
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Teams, and Outlook

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 3+ years of Project Coordinator experience or 3 years’ experience in project management

Nice to Have

• ERP or enterprise system implementation experience (Infor preferred)
