Information Technology Project Manager

About This Role

Lead complex, enterprise-scale IT initiatives, driving Agile delivery and advancing modernization efforts for a fast-paced environment. This role requires a strong blend of technical depth, delivery leadership, strategic thinking, and executive-level communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards
• Champion Agile principles and practices, driving continuous improvement and maturity across delivery teams
• Execute delivery using SDLC, Agile, and/or PMLC methodologies
• Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver high-impact solutions
• Oversee the integration of AI-driven solutions, including automation and modern development approaches, within the SDLC
• Support enterprise technology modernization and transformation efforts across multiple systems and platforms
• Collaborate with business and technology leaders to track initiatives and ensure enterprise-wide alignment
• Analyze complex challenges by evaluating data, trends, technologies, and business context
• Monitor dashboards, budgets, roadmaps, and delivery metrics to provide transparency and actionable insights
• Lead root-cause analysis efforts and recommend data-driven solutions
• Develop clear, concise, and compelling presentations and written communications for senior leadership
• Translate complex technical and project information into executive-ready summaries
• Deliver accurate status reporting, documentation, and proactive risk and dependency management updates
• Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, innovative, and continuous-improvement culture
• Effectively manage scope, budget, risks, resources, communications, and internal controls

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Program or Project Management within technical environments
• Strong technical background with direct experience partnering with software development teams
• Demonstrated success delivering complex, cross-functional technical initiatives
• Agile Scrum Master certification with hands-on Agile delivery experience
• Solid understanding of SDLC
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Program or Project Management within technical environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience implementing AI, automation, or intelligent tooling within the SDLC
• Prior people leadership or team management experience
• Experience supporting senior leadership and enterprise-wide initiatives
• PMP or additional project management certifications
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
