Industrial Asset Manager

About This Role

Seeking a talented Asset Manager or Senior Asset Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of industrial assets across major U.S. markets for a national, vertically integrated real estate investment firm.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 7+ years for Senior Asset Manager (industrial real estate experience preferred)
• Background in asset management, acquisitions, development, or commercial real estate finance
• Strong Excel-based financial modeling capabilities
• Ability to interpret and manage real estate documents including leases, LOIs, RFPs, operating agreements, and third-party reports
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
• Strong understanding of industrial real estate fundamentals, leasing, and capital markets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 7+ years for Senior Asset Manager, preferably with industrial real estate experience
