Seeking a talented Asset Manager or Senior Asset Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of industrial assets across major U.S. markets for a national, vertically integrated real estate investment firm.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ years for Senior Asset Manager (industrial real estate experience preferred)
- Background in asset management, acquisitions, development, or commercial real estate finance
- Strong Excel-based financial modeling capabilities
- Ability to interpret and manage real estate documents including leases, LOIs, RFPs, operating agreements, and third-party reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
- Strong understanding of industrial real estate fundamentals, leasing, and capital markets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 7+ years for Senior Asset Manager, preferably with industrial real estate experience
