About This Role

This role involves engaging with customers in a retail setting to promote home comfort solutions, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. The Brand Ambassador will schedule business leads for free in-home consultations, contributing to sales growth within a leading home services provider.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail setting to discuss home comfort solutions
• Promote heating, cooling, and air quality enhancements as well as energy conservation
• Schedule business leads for free, in-home consultations for industry sales experts
• Collaborate with National Big Box Retail Home Improvement Store personnel
• Represent the ARS brand with a clean appearance

Requirements

• Ability to work independently in a retail environment
• Willingness to approach, speak, and engage with customers
• Driven personality with an internal competitive spirit to exceed goals
• Willingness to work weekend, high-volume, retail hours
• Ability to stand/walk during shift duration
• Reliable transportation
• Minimum age requirement of 18 years old

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; paid training provided.
