About This Role

This role will guide clients through the onboarding process for payroll and HR systems, ensuring they receive the necessary tools and support to confidently manage their systems. The specialist will partner with clients to understand their needs and deliver a smooth and successful implementation experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to understand their business needs and recommend the most effective solutions
  • Introduce and incorporate new processes, tools, and best practices into their payroll workflow
  • Support clients throughout the entire implementation process until they are fully operational
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention through timely, high-quality delivery of services
  • Communicate regularly with team members regarding priorities, timelines, and rising issues

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Comfortable with frequent client interaction and relationship-building

Nice to Have

  • Experience with iSolved HCM
  • Bachelor's degree (Business or Accounting preferred)
  • Payroll and/or HR experience
