Immigration Attorney

About This Role

This role is for an Immigration Attorney to manage a broad range of both family-based and employment-based immigration matters for a well-established Houston immigration practice. The attorney will work in a collaborative and mentorship-driven environment, taking on hands-on responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage family-based petitions, student visas, and select asylum cases
• Handle employment-based immigration matters, including work visas and permanent residence applications
• Prepare and file immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation
• Communicate directly with clients to develop thoughtful and strategic immigration solutions
• Stay current on evolving immigration laws and procedures

Requirements

• 2+ years of immigration law experience
• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration processes and regulatory requirements
• Excellent writing, organizational, and client-communication skills
• Active Texas bar membership
