Manage a Federal agency's Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) environment, including planning, policy, and architecture. This role involves full authority over resources, problem tracking, risk management, and ensuring compliance with security controls.
Responsibilities
- Commit labor force and other required resources to meet program requirements
- Institute and maintain a process to track problems and action items through resolution with timely status reporting
- Develop, deliver, and maintain Project Management Plan and Integrated Master Schedule
- Provide monthly Program Status Report (PSR) on activities, milestones, and deliverables
- Track and communicate information related to unresolved issues, their status, and actions taken
- Perform risk management activities, including providing mitigation strategies
- Evaluate and establish ICAM program governance and stakeholder engagement mechanisms
- Communicate and coordinate with the Information System Security Officer (ISSO) and Information System Owner (ISO) regarding system changes
- Ensure IT Assets remain compliant with Identity & Access Control Management (ICAM) policy
- Participate in security compliance efforts assessed and validated by the Government IAW DoDI 8510.01 and NIST 800.53, Revision 4, and NIST 800-53A, Revision 4
Requirements
- 7+ years of related experience
- 5 years of experience managing Programs or comparable teams
- Experience coordinating the efforts of subcontractors/vendors, and team members
- Experience in planning, implementing, managing and providing guidance pertaining to IT ICAM and Zero Trust environments
- Experience with and accountability for the technical correctness, timeliness and quality of deliverables
- Experience with managing Cloud integration efforts
- Experience with managing Identity Management integration/transition efforts
- Experience with Zero Trust solutions
- Familiarity with current NIST security access controls and their enterprise application
- Experience with identity policies, guidance, and technical implementations
- Experience with using agile methods and scrum process
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or BA/BS in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science
- 7+ years of related experience, with 5 years managing Programs or comparable teams, preferably in federal government contracting.
Nice to Have
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- An IAT II certification (CISM, CCNA-Security, CND, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP) or similar related certification
- ITIL and/or AGILE certification(s)
