About This Role

As an HVAC Comfort Advisor, you will meet with residential homeowners to assess their comfort needs and present tailored HVAC system solutions. This role represents ARS in a consultative sales capacity, supported by strong installation and industry-leading warranties.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with residential homeowners to assess their comfort needs
  • Present tailored HVAC system solutions
  • Represent ARS in a consultative sales role
  • Utilize warm, company-generated and pre-set leads

Requirements

  • Prior residential in-home sales experience
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Pass background check and drug screening
  • Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and work evenings/weekends as needed
  • Excellent communication and customer engagement skills

Qualifications

  • Prior residential in-home sales experience, one-call-close experience strongly preferred
