About This Role

Support the Human Resources department at Six Flags by assisting with wardrobe administration, inventory management, data entry, and providing face-to-face support to employees during park operation hours, contributing to a fun and friendly atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a fun and friendly atmosphere for employees and applicants
  • Assist employees with paperwork related to incentives, benefits, perks, and employment
  • Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, answering phones, and screening applicants
  • Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing workspaces
  • Manage uniform tasks such as distribution, sales, tracking inventory, counting inventory, and laundering clothing
  • Assist with employee events including Ride Nights, Event Previews, Surprise & Delights, and holiday decorating
  • Support projects assigned by the Human Resource Management Team

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Primarily open availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays (school holidays, breaks)
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull 50lbs with or without assistance
  • Proven ability to handle conversations and information with extreme confidentiality

Nice to Have

  • Theme Park experience
  • Working knowledge of Human Resource policies and procedures (minor labor laws, wage and hour compliance)
