This role assists Inventory Controllers in maintaining an organized and efficient office by managing inventory movements, data entry, and various administrative tasks. The position requires availability to work varying hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to support business needs.
Responsibilities
- File invoices, requisition sheets, employee files, and absentee call-ins
- Perform inventory data entry for transfers and unit requisitions
- Operate the I.P.S. Department base radio station professionally
- Record accurate phone messages and ensure proper distribution
- Maintain records for service calls and notify the Division Manager of any issues
- Keep an adequate supply of all operational paperwork in stock
- Maintain clean and organized office desks and work areas
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
