Provide essential administrative support to the Human Resources team, handling tasks like employee record maintenance, onboarding assistance, and ensuring smooth HR operations. This role suits a detail-oriented individual eager to grow in HR.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, records, and HR databases
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, onboarding packets, and policy updates
- Assist with scheduling interviews, meetings, and training sessions
- Support HR with correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Handle general office administrative tasks as needed
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Support new hire onboarding, including paperwork, I-9 verification, and orientation preparation
- Assist in processing employee changes (promotions, transfers, separations)
- Help maintain HRIS accuracy and update employee information
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of HR or administrative experience preferred.
