About This Role

As an HR Strategy & Operations Senior Consultant, you will optimize business results and customer experience through HR Strategy and Service Delivery and HR technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Explore innovative solutions such as AI, Human Capital Analytics, Talent Intelligence Platforms, and Unified Engagement Platforms to deliver comprehensive Digital HR Technology capabilities to clients
  • Provide expert knowledge in HR Shared Services and Service Delivery and Operating Model Design to enhance employee experience and drive impactful client engagements
  • Serve as Project Manager by monitoring project progress, identifying issues, mitigating risks, and ensuring exemplary delivery of work
  • Work with project teams to develop multi-year Digital HR Technology strategies, deliver superior client results, proactively monitor and mitigate project risks, and leverage emerging technology trends to improve HR service delivery
  • Engage with business leaders to coordinate requirement gathering and map design features to business needs
  • Mentor and develop other members of the team by sharing expertise and experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of demonstrated experience in core HR functions and processes, with hands-on expertise in at least one of the following areas: HR Strategy, HR Shared Services and Service Delivery, HR Employee Experience, HR Operating Model, or Digital HR Strategy
  • 1+ years of experience working in a consulting environment
  • Ability to travel 0-50%
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of demonstrated experience in core HR functions and processes, with hands-on expertise in at least one of the following areas: HR Strategy, HR Shared Services and Service Delivery, HR Employee Experience, HR Operating Model, or Digital HR Strategy. Proven ability to contribute to HR transformation initiatives, optimize processes, and deliver measurable improvements in one or more of these domains.

Nice to Have

  • Minimum of 6 months' experience leading project workstreams
  • Demonstrated confidence and maturity with at least 2 years of experience interfacing directly with senior executives and clients
  • Experience working on at least one RFP or RFI scoring and evaluating HR products and services
  • Active engagement in the HR field (e.g., membership in a professional HR organization, HR-related coursework or certifications, industry conference attendance)
