HR Strategy & Operations Consultant

About This Role

This role involves advising clients on HR strategy and service delivery, leveraging HR technologies to optimize business results and enhance employee experience. You will work with project teams to develop Digital HR Technology strategies and engage with business leaders to gather requirements.

Responsibilities

• Explore innovative HR solutions like AI, Human Capital Analytics, Talent Intelligence Platforms, and Unified Engagement Platforms for clients
• Provide knowledge in HR Shared Services and Service Delivery and Operating Model Design
• Develop multi-year Digital HR Technology strategies
• Deliver superior client results, proactively monitor and mitigate project risks
• Leverage emerging technology trends to improve HR service delivery
• Engage with business leaders to coordinate requirement gathering and map design features to business needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years experience in core HR functions/processes (HR Strategy, HR Shared Services, HR Employee Experience, HR Operating Model, or Digital HR Strategy)
• 1+ years experience in a consulting environment
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience in core HR functions and processes; 1+ years of experience working in a consulting environment

Nice to Have

• Big 4 consulting experience
• 1+ year experience interfacing with senior executives and clients
• Active engagement in the HR field (professional HR organization membership, HR coursework/certifications, industry conferences within past 2 years)
