HR Strategy & Operations Consultant

About This Role

Optimize business results and customer experience by leveraging HR Strategy, Service Delivery, and HR technologies. This role involves exploring innovative solutions and developing multi-year Digital HR Technology strategies.

Responsibilities

• Explore innovative solutions such as AI, Human Capital Analytics, Talent Intelligence Platforms, and Unified Engagement Platforms to deliver comprehensive Digital HR Technology capabilities to clients
• Provide knowledge in HR Shared Services and Service Delivery and Operating Model Design to enhance employee experience and drive impactful client engagements
• Work with project teams to develop multi-year Digital HR Technology strategies, deliver superior client results, proactively monitor and mitigate project risks, and leverage emerging technology trends to improve HR service delivery
• Engage with business leaders to coordinate requirement gathering and map design features to business needs

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in core HR functions and processes (HR Strategy, HR Shared Services and Service Delivery, HR Employee Experience, HR Operating Model, or Digital HR Strategy)
• Proven ability to contribute to HR transformation initiatives, optimize processes, and deliver measurable improvements
• 1+ years of experience working in a consulting environment
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience in core HR functions and processes; 1+ years of experience working in a consulting environment

Nice to Have

• Big 4 consulting experience
• 1+ year of experience interfacing directly with senior executives and clients
• Active engagement in the HR field (professional HR organization membership, HR-related coursework/certifications, or industry conference attendance within past 2 years)
