HR Strategy & Operations Consultant

About This Role

As an HR Strategy & Operations Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in HR Strategy, Service Delivery, and HR technologies to enhance business outcomes and customer experience. You will explore innovative solutions like AI and Talent Intelligence Platforms to deliver comprehensive Digital HR Technology capabilities to clients.

Responsibilities

• Explore innovative solutions such as AI, Human Capital Analytics, Talent Intelligence Platforms, and Unified Engagement Platforms to deliver comprehensive Digital HR Technology capabilities to clients
• Provide knowledge in HR Shared Services and Service Delivery and Operating Model Design to enhance employee experience and drive impactful client engagements
• Work with project teams to develop multi-year Digital HR Technology strategies
• Deliver superior client results, proactively monitor and mitigate project risks
• Leverage emerging technology trends to improve HR service delivery
• Engage with business leaders to coordinate requirement gathering and map design features to business needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience in core HR functions and processes, with hands-on expertise in at least one of the following areas: HR Strategy, HR Shared Services and Service Delivery, HR Employee Experience, HR Operating Model, or Digital HR Strategy
• 1+ years of experience working in a consulting environment
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience in core HR functions and processes; 1+ years in a consulting environment

Nice to Have

• Big 4 experience strongly preferred
• 1+ year of experience interfacing directly with senior executives and clients
• Active engagement in the HR field (professional HR organization membership, HR-related coursework/certifications, or industry conference attendance within the past 2 years)
