Housekeeper

About This Role

This role involves maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors in a nursing and rehabilitation facility. The Housekeeper contributes to a welcoming atmosphere by cleaning and restocking supplies.

Responsibilities

• Scrub, mop, buff, polish, dust, and disinfect bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, and common spaces
• Ensure paper products, soap, and other cleaning supplies are regularly replenished
• Engage respectfully with residents, visitors, and staff daily

Requirements

• Ability to meet physical demands including standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a busy environment
• Demonstrates genuine care for elderly and disabled individuals
