Hotel Room Attendant

About This Role

The Hotel Room Attendant will ensure the quality service, guest satisfaction and safety by cleaning guest rooms in compliance with policies, procedures and brand standards at HOME2 Suites Philadelphia Convention Center.

Responsibilities

• Clean and inspect guest rooms, public areas and back of the house.
• Ensure compliance with proper cleaning techniques, procedures, brand standards and regulations.
• Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Ensure maintenance problems are promptly reported to Engineering through proper channels.
• Respond to guest requests, concerns and problems to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Log items into the Lost and Found and respond to inquiries regarding lost items.
• Attend department meetings as scheduled.
• Practice safe work habits and comply with sanitary, safety, security and emergency procedures.

Requirements

• One or more year’s hotel cleaning experience

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• One or more year’s hotel cleaning experience.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with hospitality industry practices preferred
