Lead hospital services programs by overseeing administration and coordination of acute and sub-acute care, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality patient care. Manage a team while building proficiency in program management within the Hospital Services Group.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration and coordination of services to licensed Acute and Sub-Acute Care Programs
- Build proficiency in managing hospital programs
- Ensure compliance with standards
- Deliver high-quality patient care
- Lead a team in a positive environment
Requirements
- Associate's degree
- One year experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience
- Current CPR certification (within 60 days of hire)
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
- Capacity to develop effective relationships and influence positive outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to adapt, innovate and lead in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to cover multiple locations (local travel)
- Full COVID-19 vaccination may be required by hospitals
Qualifications
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in related area strongly preferred
- Minimum of one year experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience
