This role supports Relationship Managers in developing partnerships with program sponsors and contractors, helping them achieve their goals and solve problems within the home improvement financing division. This specialist will educate contractors, respond to inquiries, and assist with program launches and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Make assigned outbound phone calls to contractors to educate them about product, process, or reporting enhancements
- Respond promptly to assigned inbound calls from program sponsors and/or contractors
- Provide information, answer routine questions, or refer problems/opportunities to Relationship Manager or Assistant Division Manager
- Assist relationship managers in client conference pre-show planning, execution, and post-show follow-up
- Assist relationship managers in the development and execution of annual relationship plans
- Assist relationship managers with new program sponsor launches
- Maintain client files on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system including contact information, correspondence, and call reports
- Support relationship managers with miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned
- Develop in-depth knowledge of business development, marketing strategies, new program launch strategies, program sponsor and contractor training, and payment options
- May attend certain client conferences or events
- May schedule and present new contractor onboarding training
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field OR Associate’s degree and two (2) years client-facing or related experience OR High School Diploma and four (4) years client-facing or related experience
- Ability to communicate with all personality types without fear or apprehension
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Capacity and willingness to learn quickly

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field OR Associate’s degree and two (2) years client-facing or related experience OR High School Diploma or GED and four (4) years client-facing or related experience
- 2+ years client-facing or related experience with an Associate's degree, or 4+ years with a High School Diploma
Nice to Have
- Prior client-facing or related experience
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Experience in home improvement financing, contractor relations, or lending programs
- Familiarity with documentation verification and compliance procedures
- Strong relationship-building abilities
- Positive and service-oriented demeanor
- Technical accuracy and organizational discipline
- Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and work collaboratively
