Provide compassionate, high-quality IV therapy to patients in their homes, primarily those requiring chronic infusions, for a home health organization. Build strong relationships with patients and their families while adhering to clinical best practices.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one IV therapy to patients, primarily those requiring chronic infusions
- Travel to patient homes and deliver professional, safe, and compassionate nursing care
- Build and maintain supportive relationships with patients and their caregivers
- Adhere to clinical best practices, safety protocols, and company standards
Requirements
- Active California RN license in good standing
- Proven expertise in IV therapy
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
