The Home Health and Hospice Business Development Liaison will identify and develop relationships with referral sources, generate new business leads, and promote AdvisaCare's home health and hospice services. This role is crucial for ensuring individuals and families receive personalized care in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with referral sources
• Generate new business leads
• Promote the services of AdvisaCare Home Health Care
• Maintain excellent communication with clients and healthcare professionals
• Perform account management
• Prepare and deliver presentations
• Meet sales goals

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Sales and customer relationship management skills
• Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and services, particularly within home health and hospice care
• Organizational, time management, and goal-setting skills
• Proficiency in using CRM and other sales or report management tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation for travel

Qualifications
