About This Role

This role will provide compassionate home care services to seniors, focusing on companionship and personal care to promote their physical, mental, and social well-being, while maintaining or achieving their highest level of independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and personal care to seniors in their homes
• Support clients using techniques that promote physical, mental, and social well-being
• Assist clients in maintaining or achieving their highest level of independence
• Manage the needs and care regimen of assigned clients
• Collaborate with business office staff to develop personalized care plans
• Split time between companionship and medically focused care

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
• Minimum of 6 months of experience working with seniors
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record and auto insurance
• Own or have access to a personal vehicle to transport self and clients
