About This Role

Join Elm Crest Senior Living Community as a Certified Medication Aide to administer medications and support residents with daily living activities. This role contributes to a supportive nursing team committed to quality care and a positive environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications under the supervision of a licensed nurse
• Support residents with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
• Collaborate on care plans to promote health and independence
• Encourage resident participation in social activities and events
• Foster a safe, supportive, and dignified living environment

Requirements

• Current CMA certification within the state of IA
• Current CNA certification within the state of IA
• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
