About This Role

This Histotechnologist role is responsible for performing and monitoring anatomic pathology processes, recognizing and resolving issues, and ensuring accuracy and documentation of required instrument maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform and monitor anatomic pathology processes
• Recognize and resolve issues related to anatomic pathology
• Ensure accuracy of documentation and required instrument maintenance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Certification as Histotechnologist by a recognized professional organization (ASCP/National Society) for Histotechnology within six months of hire
• Valid Driver’s license
• Six months of Anatomic Pathology experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Six months of Anatomic Pathology experience required.

Nice to Have

• QIHC (Qualification in Immunohistochemistry)
