High School School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

About This Role

Provide speech-language therapy services to high school students in Oakland, California, collaborate with educational staff, and contribute to program development while working onsite.

Responsibilities

• Assess and provide speech-language therapy services to high school students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in compliance with educational standards
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation of student evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress reports
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development

Requirements

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist certification or license
• Experience managing a high school caseload
• Ability to deliver individualized therapy and collaborate with educational staff
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to onsite work throughout the school year

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with high school students as an SLP
