The Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita Kidney Care is an ambitious, operationally-focused and results-driven leader responsible for the complete operation and performance of an outpatient clinic, directly impacting patient care through clinical goal setting and quality improvement. This role involves leading, mentoring, and inspiring a cross-functional clinical team to deliver the best for patients and teammates, and managing clinic financials.
Responsibilities
- Continuously improve patient health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives
- Develop, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional clinical team
- Manage complete operation and performance of the clinic, including budget adherence, expense forecasting, vendor relationships, supply ordering, and compliance monitoring
- Partner with Regional Operations Director to identify and address employee and patient concerns
- Work with clinical and financial teams to produce results that align with business needs
Requirements
- Associate's degree
- Minimum of one year experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Collaboration skills
Qualifications
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in related area strongly preferred
- Minimum of one year experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in a related area
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment
- Current CPR certification
