About This Role

Manage the complete operations and performance of an outpatient clinic, focusing on patient care, team leadership, and financial management. This role provides autonomy to run the clinic while impacting patient health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Continuously improve patient health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives
  • Develop, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional clinical team to deliver optimal patient care
  • Manage complete operation and performance of the clinic, including adherence to budget, expense forecasting, vendor relationships, supply ordering, and compliance monitoring
  • Partner with the Regional Operations Director to identify and address employee and patient concerns for regional goals and standards
  • Work collaboratively with clinical and financial teams to produce results aligned with business needs

Requirements

  • Associate's degree
  • Minimum 1 year experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in related area strongly preferred
  • Minimum of one year experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience
