Head of Growth - Public Sector

About This Role

Lead all growth initiatives for the government market at Danti, an AI-powered knowledge engine for physical world data. Drive acquisition strategy, sales, and secure contracts by leveraging a deep network within the Federal space.

Responsibilities

• Expand existing customer relationships by identifying paths for growth
• Grow and close new customers by leveraging network and experience to open doors, identify funding, and secure contracts from introduction to award
• Execute large government capture efforts, organizing teams and partners for RFPs, shaping budgets, and ensuring contract vehicles
• Elevate Danti's brand and persona in the Federal sector through speaking events, thought leadership, and audience growth

Requirements

• Deep network across the Federal space, including senior agency and administration officials
• Experience with startups and early stage software products
• Experience owning revenue numbers in the Federal sector
• Proven track record of identifying and closing government business
• Led or built a sales organization
• Strong communicator able to work with analysts to senior executives
• Top Secret security clearance
