About This Role

This role involves designing and executing high-impact Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and event-driven strategies for enterprise accounts, driving lead generation, conversion, and pipeline velocity for an AI company in the marketing technology sector.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs targeting high-value enterprise prospects
  • Plan and execute roundtables, roadshows, curated dinners, webinars, and other live/virtual touchpoints
  • Partner closely with Sales to develop tailored messaging, cadences, and materials that generate a qualified pipeline
  • Own lead generation across both offline and online channels, driving conversion and deal velocity
  • Track, report, and optimize campaign performance to iterate fast and scale effective strategies

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience driving B2B field marketing, account-based campaigns, or demand generation programs in a fast-paced growth company
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration, project management, and communication skills
  • Comfortable engaging senior marketing and product leaders in high-stakes conversations
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience driving B2B field marketing, account-based campaigns, or demand generation programs in a fast-paced growth company, or a background in consulting with experience partnering with B2B SaaS/AI organizations to build GTM motion.
