About This Role

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Growth based in New York, NY/Bay Area. This role involves developing and leading growth initiatives, identifying business development opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and accelerate business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead strategies for customer acquisition
  • Develop and lead growth initiatives
  • Identify business development opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing efforts
  • Drive innovation through growth hacking methodologies to accelerate business impact

Requirements

  • Expertise in Growth Marketing, Growth Hacking, and Customer Acquisition strategies
  • Strong skills in Sales and Business Development to drive revenue and partnerships
  • Proven ability in designing and executing performance-driven campaigns
  • Exceptional leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Strong understanding of setting up AI first GTM stack

Nice to Have

  • Experience in scaling SaaS or technology-driven products
