About This Role

This role involves the timely, safe, and efficient movement of packages, documents, and dangerous goods using effective scan/load methods. The Handler will perform duties within a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Move packages, documents, dangerous goods, and supply support in a timely, safe, and efficient manner
• Utilize effective scan/load methods
• Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance from the ground to chest level
• Ability to maneuver packages over 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment or assistance
• Ability to walk and stand for designated work hours
• Ability to bend and squat for designated work hours
• Ability to maneuver packages above shoulder level
• Ability to maneuver packages in enclosed spaces and stack packages above one’s head (if required)
• Ability to work in all weather conditions (if required)
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders (if required)
• Ability to successfully complete all required training
• Ability to communicate timely and effectively in a noisy operations environment
