Join the AI & Engineering team to transform technology platforms and drive innovation for clients in the insurance sector. You will deliver effective solutions to clients by gathering requirements, configuring Guidewire ClaimCenter, and building integrations.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- Configure and customize Guidewire ClaimCenter to support end-to-end claims processes
- Build integrations between Guidewire and external systems such as payment gateways, document management, and third-party data sources
- Support data migration activities including mapping, transformation and validation from legacy systems to Guidewire
- Lead junior resources
- Participate in professional development
- Contribute to initiatives that promote Deloitte's strategic goals and culture
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter
- 3+ years of experience as a Guidewire Developer in insurance or consulting environments
- 2+ years experience with Java/J2EE tech stack with knowledge of the SDLC and integration frameworks
- 2+ years experience working in one of the following insurance sub service areas: User Experience, Integration, Configuration, Claims, Billing & Payments, Policy Administration, Underwriting or Distribution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter and at least 3 years as a Guidewire Developer
Nice to Have
- Advanced degree
- Proficiency in Guidewire configuration and integration (Gosu scripting, Guidewire Studio, Data Model, Product Model)
- Guidewire ACE Certification
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker) and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Cloud Platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP
